Prof. Dr Wendy Harcourt

Wendy (Australia, Italy, NL) is the endowed Chair of Gender, Diversity and Sustainable Development at the International Institute of Social Studies of the Erasmus University in The Hague. At ISS/EUR she is Coordinator of the Research Group on Civic Innovation, Chair of the ISS Institute Council as well as Coordinator of the EU H2020-MSCA-ITN-2017 Marie Sklodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks (ITN). She is an internationally known scholar of critical development and gender theory and practice.

Prof. Dr Patrice Braun

Patrice (NL, Australia) holds a PhD in ICT-enabled regional network development. A globally engaged Action Researcher, her inclusive development work focuses on women’s economic and social empowerment through  entrepreneurship and gender-responsive ecosystems. Patrice consults on gender inclusion and SME policy, networks and clusters, collaboration and ICT for Development (ICTD) processes. Patrice brings program development, monitoring and evaluation experience to Netsheila's clients.

Martha McDevitt-Pugh

Martha (USA, NL) has over 20 years experience in technology and financial services in Silicon Valley and internationally. Passionate about the quality she delivers, she is also mover and shaker for equality. She serves on the board of a workplace LGBT employee resource group and is a successful campaigner for immigration rights for same-sex binational families in her native USA. Martha speaks and writes frequently on equality and immigration issues.

Paul Overdijk

Paul (NL) is a creative and passionate strategy consultant, with broad international experience in the corporate world as well as in volunteer organisations promoting equality for LGBT people. Paul has an established history in high-level management and leadership in large companies. Paul works with Netsheila clients on short term projects to create strategic solutions to management issues they face.

Bianca Heynis

Bianca (NL) has three core values: connection, recognition, respect.  All of these ingredients are present in nature.  She takes her clients for walking meeting, walking coaching, silent walks. Bianca co-operates with Netsheila to train young refuges to develop their networks, in the project BACK-UP Netwerkt!

Dr Mohammed Nour Al-Naimi

Nour (Syria, NL) is an experienced lecturer, interpreter and translator. He taught comparative English and Arabic literature, and culture sciences, in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. He has translated five books and works with Netsheila as interpreter, translator and lecturer.
